Bláthnaid Daly is an actor and writer from Co.Westmeath. In 2021, she graduated from the Gaiety School of Acting Full Time Actor Training Programme. She has a particular passion for both creating and performing work through Irish as well as bilingual work.
She also performs stand up comedy and has recently featured in online comedy sketches with Newscheck Comedy. Bláthnaid also frequently works as a voiceover artist, dubbing cartoons in the Irish language with Macalla Teoranta, which are shown on TG4.
In 2021, she received an Agility Award from The Arts Council to develop her one woman, bilingual English/Irish comedy CONNEMARVELLOUS under the mentorship of Clare Monnelly. She debuted an excerpt from it in February 2022, as part of Scene and Heard festival, under the direction of Gene Rooney.

Screen credits include THE WAKE (Megan K. Fox Films) and HOMOFÓNIA (Alana Daly Mulligan and Luke Murphy) which won best Irish Language Short Film at the Fastnet Film Festival 2024.
